The disgraced professor is investigating felony charges. Christina turned herself in after being charged with three counts of s*xual assault. Christina was charged with a $ 25,000 bond after the teacher turned herself in for allegedly s*xually abusing students, the Tribune Chronicle reports.
The allegations center on an alleged s*xual romp that occurred at a hotel in Trumbull County, Ohio. The indictment documents allege that Christina egregiously violated her position as a teacher when she sexually assaulted at least two 16-year-old students at the hotel.
The alleged incident took place in 2018. She pleaded not guilty to the charges before Judge Peter J. Kontos, who set a pre-trial hearing for June 7. A North Carolina judge released Christina Sosbe after the allegedly s*xually abusive teacher posted a link.
Sosbe enrolled in the Lincoln County pretrial release program. This allows defendants to go out on bail while they await trial and subjects them to random drug tests. If she is found guilty of sexually abusing young people when she was her teacher, Christina could be sentenced to prison for a maximum of 54 months, reports WFMJ.
Christina was a teacher at the Choffin Career and Technical Center in Youngstown when she allegedly s*xually abused teenagers.
The school did not directly hire Christina. Rather, the allegedly s*xually abusive teacher worked for an organization called Pace based in Choffin, Ohio. Her teaching license was permanently revoked last year.
