Investigation
Police continue to ask for help finding 27-year-old Dushane Meikle in connection with the investigation.
Mr Meikle de Hove has ties to the city and London and should not be approached by the public.
Detective Superintendent Alex Geldart said: ‘We urge anyone who sees Dushane Meikle or has information on her whereabouts to dial 999 immediately. Please don’t go near him.
In a statement issued after Mr. Henham was found, his family said: ‘Our son Billy was a self-paced, creative and independent man.
His kind demeanor and his belief that the world was a friendly place made him vulnerable at times.
His guardian angel, who had cared for him so many other times, sadly lost sight of him on New Year’s Eve.
They killed him for reasons we can’t figure out.
‘He was a kind and peaceful man who happily spoke and listened to those he met in life.
‘We will remember Billy’s life with a smile and miss his kind manner, his smiling face and his auburn hair.
“His death from him has left a great void in our family.”
All three defendants will appear again at Lewes Crown Court on Monday.
