Walters is a photographer who worked with Manson after he approached her in 2010. The artist had first charged Manson in February 2021, where he posted a detailed account of what exactly happened to her. Walters revealed that Manson had invited her to collaborate on a photoshoot of hers and, as a fan of her work, she was initially “excited for the opportunity.”
However, things soon changed as he claimed that the singer-songwriter approached her to obtain information from her and be able to psychologically abuse her.
She was 26 at the time.

Walters, 37, and Manson, 52, met in 2010 after he got in touch via MySpace and the two subsequently discussed Walters’ photography work over the phone. She visited him at his house, where she insisted on a late-night photoshoot, requesting at one point that he remove his shirt. Walters alleges that after filming her, Manson pushed her onto her bed, held her with her body, and attempted to kiss her, before “moving behind Walters.
He also bit her ear as he grabbed her hand and placed it in her underwear. ”
Walters said she recalled thinking that the incident “probably” did not count as assault, as things stopped at that point. She then kept in touch with Manson and eventually he offered her her job as her personal assistant for double her then salary.
According to The Cut, Ashley Walters filed a complaint Tuesday May 18 in Los Angeles County Superior Court, alleging that the 52-year-old singer was a terrifying boss who had violent outbursts. According to the complaint, she made Walters work for 48 hours straight and told her friends they could kiss and grope her. Manson was dumped by his talent agency and her manager when Bianco claimed that she was sexually assaulted over the course of her two-year relationship with the singer. The singer is now under investigation by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department for alleged domestic violence.

Walters’ Instagram bio reveals that she is a “photographer. Traveler. Movie buff. Music lover. Survivor.”
According to The Cut, the complaint filed by Walters reveals that she first visited Manson’s West Hollywood home to see his paintings and talk about art. However, after making her stay a bit longer, she took pictures of him in the name of “provocative art.” Walters revealed that she kept her bra on and, after she finished the photo shoot, Manson pushed her onto her bed, pinned her down, and tried to kiss her. The complaint also indicates how Walters lived in constant fear of her outbursts of anger. She even once mailed him a photo of Bianco’s severed back with the subject: “Do you see what happens?”
Walters told The Cut, “Just put your head down and you’re in survival mode. At that point I felt isolated like I couldn’t go anywhere.”
Ashley Walters lawsuit
The lawsuit also centers on how Manson introduced her to her influential friends and industry associates. The singer, whose real name is Brian Hughes Walker, hoped Walters would please her friends, whether that meant bringing them food, flirting with them, or letting them touch her. Citing one example, he mentioned how at an awards show in September 2010 Manson “pushed Walters into an actor’s lap and bragged that he could ‘have’ her.”
The lawsuit says. “The actor proceeded to kiss Walters and hold her on her lap.” On another occasion, Manson introduced her to a director who repeatedly groped Walters and shoved his hand up her skirt while she covered his mouth. Speaking about the same thing, she told The Cut: “She made me feel like I was her property.”
“She just made me feel like a piece of meat.”

Walters further alleges that Manson “[would offer] hers to her influential friends and industry associates,” telling an actor that he could “have” her and introducing her to a director who allegedly sexually abused her.
Manson fired Walters in 2011, before allegedly hacking into her Facebook account, accusing her of theft, and continuing to threaten her. He also persisted in texting her, although the lawsuit says she agreed with her communications because she preferred “to have him as a friend rather than an enemy.”

It was Wood’s heartbreaking testimony against the singer that prompted Walters to take action against what she experienced. Walters hadn’t heard of the details, but she knew Wood was talking about Manson, as the details of the torture sounded exactly the same.
Also, Wood and Bianco reached out to her in the fall of 2020 and they all started sharing stories.
She said, “A lot of the isolation and a lot of the psychological abuse was very similar to what I experienced.” She added: “Once I realized how many people had been affected, I couldn’t just sit back and let this happen to anyone else. My ultimate goal is simply to hold you accountable. “
