Who was Ariel Sorian?
A 3-year-old boy was killed in a car accident when a driver collided with two vehicles at a red light Tuesday morning on US Highway 70 near Oak Forest Road in Goldsboro.
Authorities responded to a call from a ruthless driver around 11 a.m. Police followed the driver with blue lights on for less than a minute before colliding with a car and stopping a truck at an intersection.

They then pushed the truck into the back of a semi-trailer, which also stopped at a red light, authorities said.
Victim identified
Goldsboro driver Reina Sorian-Regalada, 41, had Ariel Sorian (3) in her truck at the time of the accident. Sorian-Regalada survived the accident and is being treated for serious injuries at the UNC Wayne Memorial.
Christopher Kelly Blair, 39, of LaGrange, was rushed to a nearby hospital with serious injuries. Blair was charged with reckless driving for driving 75 mph in a 55 mph zone prior to the accident. The State Highway Patrol has not filed charges related to the incident.
Authorities said Blair suffered a health problem during the traffic jam and car accident.
Robert Ralph Wagner Jr., 66, of Smithfield, was driving the semitrailer. He was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
