According to the Winston-Salem Journal, David Mejía Luna, 26, and Andrés Mejía Arellanes, 38, were charged with the murder of María Del Carmen Cedillo Figueroa, 28, according to Winston-Salem Police. Police said the woman died of multiple gunshot wounds on December 7.
