Who is Alpacino Veii?

A thug named Alpacino who drove his car into a group of people after a fight in a restaurant was jailed for three years.

The brawler, apparently named after the Scarface and Godfather actor, was one of four men involved in the brawl at the restaurant. They continued to fight along the seafront in Brighton, East Suss*x before Alpacino Veii left and returned in his Honda Civic.

 Arrest

The 25-year-old, from Caterham, Surrey, stepped onto the pavement, punched a man and narrowly missed several members of the public.

CCTV captured the car crashing into deck furniture around 5:15 a.m. before driving down the sidewalk as terrified pedestrians fled.

Alpacino then attempted to get out and push his immobilized vehicle after crashing into central booking.

But officers arrested him and discovered that he was in possession of cannabis and only had a provisional driver’s license.

He was jailed for the November 2019 incident at Chichester Crown Court, West Suss*x on Wednesday 23rd February.

Alpacino was sentenced to three years in prison for attempting to cause grievous bodily harm with intent, 18 months for dangerous driving and one day for admitting possession of cannabis, all simultaneously.

He was also banned from driving for a year.

Detective Inspector Neil Phillips

Suss*x Police Detective Inspector Neil Phillips said after the sentencing: “This was a shocking escalation of an argument between a group of people that could easily have had tragic consequences for those involved and innocent members of the public.”

“It is satisfying to see Alpacino Veii brought to justice for his reckless and dangerous attack and I would like to thank the victims and everyone involved in the investigation for his help in securing this sentence.”
