He has been charged with kidnapping and assaulting a cyclist in a “deeply disturbing” attack, prosecutors said. Ennab, an MBTA contract driver employed by Paul Revere Transportation LLC, reportedly turned off the bus and got up to sit next to the woman before putting his arm around her and kissing her on the cheek.
Ennab also promised the woman that he could get her a green card, leading her to say that she had a husband and she did not need him, prosecutors said. The woman then asked to be let off the bus, which Ennab allegedly refused, before she asked for her phone number.
Prosecutors said the victim then called Ennab from his phone so that his number would be stored in case something happened to her. He then he allegedly started eating dinner while refusing to let the woman get off the bus.
Ennab allegedly pounced on the woman after she finished eating and started the bus, removed her mask and kissed her face.
