Who is Alexandra Arb-Bloodgood?
An Oregon man, Shane Finnell, is charged with gunning down his sister-in-law Alexandra Arb-Bloodgood when an affidavit said it was a “laundry dispute.”
Officials responded to reports of a shooting at a home in the Portsmouth district shortly after 8:30 a.m. Sunday morning, according to a statement from the Portland Police Department.

Police arrived and found the body of 29-year-old Alexandra Arb-Bloodgood. Shane Finnell, 25, her brother-in-law, was arrested at the scene.
The statement says Finnell remains in custody and has been charged with second degree murder and illegal use of a weapon.
According to an affidavit received from PEOPLE, Finnell allegedly told police “I did something terrible” shortly after his arrest.
Finnell’s brother and the victim’s husband, Jordan Arb, told investigators that he and his brother had an argument about the laundry.
According to an affidavit, Finnell threw a potted plant at Jordan Arb during the dispute.
Arb told police that his wife was sitting in a chair in the backyard and was walking away from Finnell.
Arb claimed his brother approached her wife and “shot her in the back of the head with a revolver at point-blank range,” the affidavit said.
Finnell has yet to press charges against him.
He was not available for information about his lawyer.
Arb could not be reached for comment Tuesday.
