Ahmed Al-Razawe Biography
Who is Ahmed Al-Razawe?
Syrian national Ahmed Al-Razawe, who is in the UK illegally, carried out three s*xual assaults in Liverpool city center in just four days last year.
The 24-year-old first targeted two teenage friends sitting at a bus stop, asking them for s*x before groping them.
He then punched another woman’s butt, before biting her breast after she knocked him to the ground.
A judge said that Al-Razawe tried to treat the victims as his ‘s*xual merchandise’ without ‘respecting his rights’.
But the quick-thinking women stood up to the predator, using their mobile phones to take photos and videos before he could flee. Another woman even chased him down the street before punching him which helped identify him.
Al-Razawe has now been jailed for three years after admitting to s*xual assault and assault causing actual bodily harm.
Syrian national Ahmed Al-Razawe, who is in the UK illegally, has been jailed for three years for s*xual assault after his victims gathered evidence that helped his conviction.
Liverpool Crown Court heard that Al-Razawe attacked two teenagers, aged 17 and 18, who were waiting for a taxi at Liverpool One bus station, at around 11:30 p.m. m. of October 23.
He touched her legs and slid his hand down the shorts of one of the victims. But the other used his phone to take a photo and video of him, which she later posted on social media to warn others and get them to identify him.
At the time, the Syrian national, who had entered the UK illegally and applied for asylum, was living in a hostel in the Toxteth area of the city.
Several days later, the man running the shelter was sent a screenshot of the post, when he immediately recognized Al-Razawe and contacted the police.
Henry Riding, prosecuting, said:
There was some sort of struggle before he ran off again. However, during that struggle, the friend punched the defendant in the face.
The defendant suffered an injury that caused him to bleed and some of his blood stained the friend’s clothing. As a result of which, he was matched with the defendant as a result of DNA analysis.
The third victim and her two friends also managed to take photos of Al-Razawe, before he was chosen in an identity parade.
Faced with overwhelming evidence against him, the coward admitted to three counts of s*xual assault and one count of assault causing actual bodily harm.

The third victim, in her 20s, had moved to Liverpool from a different area and described how she felt uncomfortable in the city.
She suffered from nightmares, struggled to cope with social situations, and reacted negatively when men touched her in a friendly way.
Mr Riding said: “She describes that the bite on her breast left a lasting scar, which is a permanent reminder of what happened and affects the clothes she is able to wear.”
In sentencing, Judge Recorder Harris praised the woman who “courageously” persecuted Al-Razawe and helped bring him to justice. He said the pervert would have to sign on the S*x Offender Registry for a decade.
Al-Razawe, who claimed that alcohol and drugs played a role in both attacks and that he had no recollection of the first incident, was found by a probation officer to be “at high risk of causing serious harm to women”.
Recorder Harris said that he had shown ‘no insight or empathy’ and that he had ‘a s*xually predatory approach to women’.
The judge jailed him for three years. Al-Razawe will serve half of that sentence in prison, at which stage, depending on the outcome of an Interior Ministry hearing, he will be released on license or deported.
